Items must be returned in their original "as sold" condition. Items which are sold with a nikkibradford.com returns tag, must be returned with the tag still attached to the item. If the tag is removed from the item or if the tag is damaged, the item cannot be returned under this return policy. As part of our returns procedure, all items have to be inspected by our in-house experts to verify and confirm the original "as sold" condition of such item. Any deviation from the original “as sold” condition which results in a value decrease of the item (e.g. scratch or missing box), will be deducted from the amount due to the client. nikkibradford.com will provide a full refund or exchange should you receive a faulty item.
