Returns Policy:

Our policy allows you to return your purchase within 14 days of you receiving your item.


To open a return, please contact us by email within 72 hours of receipt to initiate your return. After receiving confirmation from a member of our team, we will instruct you on how to return your purchase.


Return postage is at the buyer's cost and responsibility until it has arrived safely with us. We highly recommend returning your purchase/s using a tracked & signed-for service to ensure they arrive with us and prevent being lost by the chosen postal service.


On receipt, your return will be thoroughly checked by our processing team, and an authentication supervisor. If nikkibradford’s security tag and any additional labels remain fully attached, and the condition is the same as it was at the point of sale, the return can be accepted. 

Reasons for a rejected return:

  • For hygiene purposes, no refunds will be given for products that have marks, holes, perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke present.
  • Any objects found within the returned item or inside of pockets will be seen as evidence of use.
  • Original packaging not included, for example; dustbag and branded box etc.
  • Security tag not attached.
  • Purchase returned outside the 14 days return policy for any reason, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the item is returned within the 14 days returns period. 

If for any reason your return does not meet our criteria set out, the item will be returned back to the buyer at the buyers' expense without a refund being processed.

International Returns
It is solely the buyer's responsibility to ensure an international returns is carried out correctly. Any taxes or duties incurred by an improper return will be the buyer's responsibility and deducted from the refund. 

Processing Your Refund 
On receipt of the return at our HQ, 24 hours are required for all quality checks on the item/s, and up to a further 2-7 working days to have the money refunded, depending on the processing time of your card issuer.
