Consignment Pricing & Discounts
Our pricing approach balances achieving a strong return with keeping your items competitive. If an item remains unsold, it becomes eligible for discounts according to its category, original listing price and time listed.
How our pricing works
Our discounting structure is managed through a software-led pricing system. This provides a consistent, structured approach to pricing, while allowing us to respond to sales opportunities.
The tables below show the discounts an item becomes eligible for, rather than a permanent reduction in its listing price. Items may still sell at their full original listing price at any stage, regardless of how long they have been listed.
All scheduled discounts are calculated from the original listing price, rather than applied cumulatively. Time listed is measured in completed months from the date the item was first listed for sale.
Clothing, shoes and other standard items
Excludes children’s items, jewellery, watches and bags, which follow separate schedules.

Additional pricing information
Offers and negotiated sales
We reserve the right to apply a discount of up to 10% at any stage to facilitate a sale. This excludes Hermès bags and fine jewellery originally listed above £5,000.
Seasonal promotions
During key trading periods, items listed for six months or longer may receive an additional promotional discount, typically no more than 10%. This excludes Hermès bags and fine jewellery originally listed above £5,000.
Additional promotional or negotiated discounts may result in a selling price below the scheduled prices shown above.
Individual pricing agreements
Any item-specific pricing restrictions or exclusions must be agreed with us in writing. Where a separate pricing agreement has been confirmed, it takes precedence over this schedule.
Timing of discounts
These tables show when items become eligible for a discount. Discounts may be applied through selected promotions or sales opportunities and do not necessarily take effect on the exact monthly anniversary of listing.
Categories and price thresholds
We determine the appropriate category for each item. All price thresholds refer to the original listing price; a subsequent reduction does not move an item into a different pricing category.
Your sale proceeds
Client proceeds are calculated from the final selling price in accordance with the commission rates and fees set out in the consignment agreement.
Updates to this structure
We may update this discounting structure from time to time. Any changes remain subject to your consignment agreement and any item-specific terms agreed in writing.
