Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that during key trading periods, shipment may take longer. While we always strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
All shipments require a residential or business address.
For high-value purchases, we may contact you to complete identity verification or answer a few security questions before dispatch.
Prices on the nikkibradford website include only the item cost and shipping fee. Any additional fees imposed by couriers or shipping providers within the UK are the buyer’s responsibility.
For international orders, customers are responsible for paying any duties, customs, or import taxes imposed at the destination.
If a buyer refuses to pay duties or taxes on international orders, the order will be considered delivered once the goods are made available for collection. In this case, the 14-day return period will begin from the date the goods were made available, not the date they were accepted/delivered. In the event of an order not being delivered due to unpaid duties, customs or import taxes, funds from the order are non-recoverable. To return the item, the buyer must accept delivery and then follow our standard return procedure.

Returns Policy
Domestic Returns (UK)
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an item. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

However, we kindly ask that you return your items as promptly as possible.
How to Return:
1. Email us – Let us know which item(s) you wish to return and why. We’ll provide the return address.
2. Ship your item – Please ensure items are packed securely in the condition they were sent. Any discrepancies (e.g. wear, damage, missing tags/dust bags/authenticity cards) may be deducted from the refund.
3. Receive your refund – Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 72 hours of receiving the return. Please allow 3–7 working days for your card issuer to process the payment.
Important Notes:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include original tags, dust bags, and any authenticity cards.
- Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- We recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment.
- We do not offer free returns.
- If you claim an item was not as described, we reserve the right to reinspect the item upon return before reimbursing return shipping.
- We do not provide return labels.
International Returns
You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order, and the item must be returned within 14 days. The 14-day return window includes the 72-hour notification period.

However, we kindly ask that you return your items as promptly as possible.
All international returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This covers non-recoverable transaction costs of international orders.

Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances. Items must be returned in line with our Returns Policy to receive a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. This includes orders placed without using promotional discounts.
Promotional discounts must be applied at checkout. We do not apply discounts retrospectively and do not offer reimbursement if a code was missed.
If you no longer want your order, you must wait to receive the item and then return it according to our Returns Policy.
Non-Payment of Invoices & Chargebacks Policy
1. Non-Payment of Invoices
1.1 Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.2 Late Payment
If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to:
- Charge statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
- Recover reasonable debt recovery costs.
1.3 Reminders & Escalation
Up to two reminders will be sent before further action. If payment remains outstanding 14 days after the final reminder, we may:
- Suspend or terminate services.
- Withhold delivery or dispatch of goods.
- Refer the debt to a third-party recovery agency or initiate legal action.
2. Chargebacks
2.1 Definition
A chargeback is a reversal of a card payment initiated by a customer’s bank or card provider.
2.2 Our Policy
Chargebacks are taken seriously and may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
- Reporting suspected abuse or fraud to relevant authorities.
- Pursuit of legal action to recover lost funds, including fees incurred.
2.3 Resolution Process
If you believe a chargeback was made in error:
- Contact us immediately at [email/phone] to resolve amicably.
- Provide all relevant documentation (proof of delivery, product use, etc.).
- If resolved in our favour, we may seek reimbursement for chargeback fees.
2.4 Fraudulent Chargebacks
We reserve the right to blacklist customers who initiate fraudulent or repeated chargebacks and pursue legal action to recover all associated costs.
3. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
