Payments are made at the end of each month, once your item has sold and the 30-day returns period has ended. You'll receive a sales statement detailing your sale and payment.

We offer complimentary collections by our team where possible. Alternatively, we'll arrange a trusted courier collection or provide a prepaid shipping label.

No. Items collected by our team do not need to be packaged. If you're shipping your items to us, we'll provide packing guidance to ensure they arrive safely.

We don't provide a receipt at the point of collection. Within 10 working days, you'll receive a comprehensive inventory of your accepted items, including their valuations. If you'd like a record on the day of collection, we recommend preparing your own list before handing over your items.
